Lifting Noodles Ramen, located in the bustling We Suki Suki food market in East Atlanta Village, has quickly become a cherished spot for ramen enthusiasts. The reviews speak volumes about the diverse menu and the flavorful offerings. Customers rave about the spicy tan tan ramen, with its intriguing combination of flavors, though some note it could push the spiciness envelope further. The Angry Zuko Ramen stands out for its creamy pork broth, packed with pork belly, a variety of vegetables, and a marinated soft-boiled egg, leaving a lasting impression on diners.
Many patrons appreciate the hearty portions and fresh ingredients, particularly highlighting the chicken ramen as a flavorful, savory option, accompanied by delightful extras like soft-boiled eggs and crispy Brussels sprouts. The fried pork gyoza and milk tea boba are also frequently mentioned as must-tries, with sweet and chewy boba that adds charm to the experience.
While the atmosphere may be limited due to seating constraints, the quality of the food more than compensates. Lifting Noodles Ramen is a testament to what good ramen should be—fulfilling, flavorful, and crafted with care. Whether dining in or taking out, it's a place that beckons to be revisited.

The food was delicious! Interesting combination of flavors in the ramen. I ordered the spicy tan tan ramen & added kimchi (it could have been a little spicier as it was just mild to me). I also ordered the fried pork dumplings. I loved the curry sauce it was paired with.

Their food is out of this world good! The chicken ramen is absolutely delicious, full of flavor and filling! It’s a more mild flavor than the spicy options, buttery and savory - a great base for the vegetables and chicken that they absolutely filled to the brim! Their eggs are so good I always buy an extra one or two. Their boba is wonderful, the milk tea is the perfect flavor and the boba is just right - chewy and sweet! My boba even had the cutest BH6 lid! I’ve also had their gyoza before, fried or steamed they are delicious. Their Brussels are so delicious, fried and crispy with an awesome chili sauce. My boyfriend over the Spicy options, I can’t have them any more but when I could I also loved them. They are not shy about spice, so be brave and enjoy it! For anime lovers The Zuko ramen and the Naruto ramen is awesome!

This was some really good ramen! Very good portions and flavorful. The boba tea was very good as well I just wish it was more flavors to choose from. Will definitely come back just wish there was more seating available.

Lifting Noodles Ramen is a ramen shop located in a food marked called We Suki Suki in East Atlanta Village, along with many other establishments. All they offer is pretty much ramen, although they have some appetizers such as Fried Pork Gyoza, Spring rolls, or Fried Brussel Sprouts. I ordered two different type of ramen: -Angry Zuko Ramen (11): spicy creamy pork broth, pork belly, noodles, sweet corn, black mushrooms, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, scallions, pickled ginger, marinated soft-boiled egg, and roasted seaweed. - Spicy Seafood Ramen: (13): spicy creamy pork broth, shrimp, mussels, squids, noodles, sweet corn, black mushrooms, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, scallions, sesame seeds, marinated soft-boiled egg, and roasted seaweed. The creamy pork both was so tasty, but the Spicy Seafood Ramen in particular was my favorite! This place does not have many seating available so I suggest you take it to go. Staff was friendly and the food was amazing. Give it a try!

The food is so good and packaged really well! Really fresh ingredients! I can't rate atmosphere because I ordered off of uber eats but this place is amazing! I called before hand to ask them the sizes of bowls of ramen and was impressed by how much they give! Well worth the money to go here and I love the create your own ramen bowl idea because that's why I tried here to begin with!

A lot of ingredients packed into one 14 bowl of ramen – grilled chicken, soft-boiled egg, spinach, mushroom, bamboo shoots, sweet corn, scallion. Perfect for the frugal, health-conscious ramen lover. My only complaint was that the only way to order is by scanning a QR code, making a ChowNow account, and submitting an order online. The process is a bit too complicated when you’re hangry.

No frills, just good food. I got the tuna kimchi poke bowl and it was the best poke bowl I’ve had in my entire life. 10/10 recommend, could not recommend more.

Delicious and tasty food. Fried brussel sprouts are my favorite. The fried Gyoza are yummy too. The Udon ramen is tasty and comforting. Service is fast, atmosphere peaceful. One of our favorite meals.
